Heart-Centered Communication

Written by Wes Annac, the Aquarius Paradigm

The reason I write is to help as many of you as possible feel the inspiration I’ve been able to feel from other people’s material. If I can inspire any of you out there to feel even half of the inspiration I’ve been able to, then I’m happy with my service.

The mission of the conscious seeker who wants to be of service entails surrendering the ego self and its desires, and I’m learning lately that life takes on an entirely new flavor from the simplicity of the heart space.

From this place, we can produce flowing and inspired works that are untainted by the ego, and my intention is to be able to produce much as possible so I can look back on this experience with satisfaction and the knowledge that I was able to help.

Being of service feels great, and a lot of conscious seekers strive to appease spirit and awaken humanity with works that are intended to motivate and inspire. We’re here to do everything we can for this planet and its people, and personally, my life goal is to know I was able to bring somebody to the intensely beautiful state of awareness I’ve been brought to.

I’ve seen, heard, and read things that brought me to tears because of their beauty, and a lot of the conscious music out there routinely puts me in a heightened emotional state because it intelligently speaks to the heart.

With the things I write, I want to bring all of you to a place of absolute joy; inspiration; loving appreciation for the beauty our existence has to offer. I want to inspire you to become active in restoring awareness and anchoring heaven to a lost planet, and I want you to be able to feel the greatest emotions the earthly experience provides.

I feel as if the purpose of my existence here is to serve as a conduit for spirit. I used to actively channel, and now that I’m writing, things haven’t really changed. I still willingly serve as a conduit for spiritual expression, and I couldn’t express half of the things I do with the mind alone. I know because I’ve tried.

I’ve tried to set up conditions around the things I write, but in the end, the all-pervasive truth is that I must surrender the mind and let the heart take over to write anything of significance. Beautiful things can and will be said from the love-rich heart space, and the resulting material will always have direction and meaning – even if a mental standard isn’t set for it.

If we set a mental standard for our heart-centered expression, we’re likely to fall short of our expectations and decrease its potency. The mind is utilized to bring through the flow that inspires every creative endeavor, but I think we have to be willing to completely transcend it to experience its greatest benefits.

We have to be willing to let a greater part of ourselves take the creative wheel and steer us in the right direction, and we have to be willing to accept what results from this as we continually hone our respective crafts.

When we can do this, we’ll tap into an endless flow of divine energy and insight that’ll inspire us to keep seeking and sowing enlightenment. The work we do will be marvelous to say the least, and it goes without saying that we have to be passionate about what we’re doing to really excel.

Again, my physical self couldn’t possibly write the things that pour through me, and I’m fascinated with the idea that I can sit down to write at any time, be it on the computer or in the notebook, and connect with a flow that delivers everything I write through my willing heart and my subdued mind.

This, quite honestly, is how the material you’re reading is produced.

There have been days when I couldn’t begin to know what to say or how to say it, and when this has happened, I’ve gracefully released my mind-centered tension and let the heart resume its communicative role. I’m always happy with the result, and I strive to attain and re-attain the heart-centered flow until it’s a constant, unchangeable part of my existence.

Knowing that I can let spirit speak through me anytime inspires me to connect often, and I rarely lay my head down at the end of the day without feeling satisfied. Don’t get me wrong – I’ve grown used to constantly asking myself what I can do better, but even this tendency is fading as I connect with this divine flow that translates into writing.

I’m convinced that completely surrendering the ego is the best thing we can do for ourselves – physically, mentally, spiritually, and creatively. The mind and ego have inhibited me immensely in writing and generally connecting with the flow, but when they’re subdued, the mind translates spirit expertly.

Thoughts and ideas flow through in a much clearer way when the mind’s subdued, but when its influence is strong, thoughts with substance are few and far between. The mind’s only concerned with the needs and wants of the physical body and the identity, and it serves to inhibit our service and our soul growth when we let its influence take over.

I’ve learned this from a wealth of experience.

Personally, I want the things I write to be pure and inspirational, and if my work has helped even one of you feel the way that conscious songs, articles and other inspired works have helped me feel, then I’m happy. When we look back on this experience, we’ll only want to know that we enjoyed ourselves, loved our families, and helped others along the way.

I’ll continue to pour my focus into the things I write, and as always, you’re encouraged to find your passion and run with it. I repeat this so often because I try to keep it in mind every day, and a society of passionate seekers and ‘workers’ will excel beyond our wildest dreams.
