I said yesterday that I’d look more closely at the growth work I did over my holidays.

I wrote this article before reading Sandra Walter’s latest, in which she said:

“Transparency and disclosure is a global unfoldment; every heart and mind will have to come clean. Revelation affects everyone, not just *the bad guys* – and you can accelerate all of it through your own transparency and disclosure. Express all that is within your heart, and the collective will reflect that.” (1) Continue reading Breaking Through to a New Paradigm – Part 1/2

Heavenletters: A Sense of Lightness

via Gloria Wendroff, Heavenletters.org

God said:

I say you worry too much. Be. Before life, there is Being. You are obliged to Be, not to worry.

Now you are looking to free yourself from the past. No longer do you want to play the roles you assumed in the past.

You see now that too many people do not view you as you wish, as you are and, and as I see you, and as you deserve. So what that they are mistaken? Now you can relinquish others’ hold on you. Now you begin to see that you are aligned with Me. It is good that you are beginning to see this. Continue reading Heavenletters: A Sense of Lightness

The Biggest Cause of Anxiety and Depression is Traumatic Life Events

By Dr. Joseph Mercola, Wake Up World

It’s estimated that 1 in 10 U.S. adults struggle with depression [1] and another 40 million have anxiety. It’s quite common, too, for someone with depression to also have anxiety. In fact, close to half of those diagnosed with depression are also diagnosed with anxiety.[2]

Oftentimes you hear about depression or anxiety running in families, which leads to an assumption that your genetics may be to blame.  Continue reading The Biggest Cause of Anxiety and Depression is Traumatic Life Events
