Writing is a powerful tool that can be used to entertain, inform, and inspire people to change the world. Regardless of your reason for doing it, writing provides an outlet for you to express yourself and reach an audience of enthusiastic readers.
Research into any area of society (or spirituality) will show that there are plenty of topics to write about. Some topics are considered more important than others, and personally, I often write about things that interest me instead of using every article to search for truth.
For example: I like to write about spiritual topics some readers would think are silly. I consider myself “spiritual”, but I write about them because they interest me; not because I want to convince people they’re true. I’m just having fun and sharing something that could be true or not. You decide.
I enjoy writing about interesting topics, even if I’m the only one who finds them interesting. I also enjoy researching, sharing truth, and calling out the ruling elite. If a topic seems worthy of covering, I’ll give it a shot. Continue reading Writing with Purpose

The proposed Mountain Valley Pipeline would carry natural gas 300 miles from northwest West Virginia to southern Virginia, crossing the Appalachian Trail and clearing trees on its way.
Cutting through one of the most celebrated hiking trails in America, the proposed Mountain Valley Pipeline threatens wildlife habitat, recreational lands and the health of local Appalachia communities, while setting a terrible precedent of building energy infrastructure through our national forests.
The construction of the pipeline sets a dangerous precedent, requiring the clearing of 125 foot wide corridor of forest lands protected by the Forest Service’s Roadless Rule. Under the protection of the Roadless Rule, these unspoiled forest lands are protected from road building, logging, mining and other development. Continue reading Another Pipeline Nightmare? For an empath, the holidays can be quite uncomfortable and overwhelming. Our society dictates the holidays as a time of hustle and bustle and overspending in mass consumerism.
So how can we as parents encourage our children not to be mass consumers, convinced that they need to break their bank accounts to buy expensive presents just to prove their love?
I am all for giving, but when we are stressed out by the expectations and wondering how we will afford to make it through the holidays, then something has gone seriously wrong with the spirit of giving. Continue reading How to Teach Children Gratitude During The Holidays

(ANTIMEDIA) Since the November presidential election, Democrats have been working on last-ditch efforts to prevent Donald Trump’s confirmation as the nation’s next president.
One petition, signed by millions of Americans, pleaded with the Electoral College to elect Hillary Clinton, arguing she won the popular vote and is more fit for office than Trump, who won the Electoral College in a landslide.
Some 58 members of the electoral college also demanded intelligence briefings from Director of National Intelligence James Clapper regarding recent CIA claims that Russia hacked the elections. Their bipartisan letter to Clapper cast doubt on what might happen during the electoral vote. Continue reading Electoral College Voter Defects from Trump, Casts Vote for Ron Paul

The DEA may be trying to implement a CBD ban with a new rule to reclassify non-THC cannabis oil as a schedule 1 drug. But do they have the legal authority? Does this new rule amount to a CBD ban?
A CBD ban appears to have been put in place by the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration), an agency of the US Government. Two days ago on their website, they posted a notice that they had made a “new rule”, effective Dec. 14th 2016, to classify “marihuana” (their antiquated spelling, not mine) as a Schedule 1 drug, making all forms of the plant illegal under federal law. What this means is that CBD (cannabidiol) extracts which have trace amounts of, or absolutely no THC, and are therefore non-psychoactive, are now reclassified to be on par with psychoactive or THC-containing substances like cannabis, heroin, LSD and peyote. It should come as no surprise that the US Department of Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) just snuck cannabinoids onto the Schedule I Controlled Substances Act. Cannabinoid extracts from the marijuana plant are legal in numerous states now, and help to curb seizures in epileptics, calm PTSD in veterans, and prevent a host of other diseases – why else would these helpful plant compounds be a target of a government agency that has already wasted trillions of dollars on the continuation of a police and prison state?
