The Chakras – The 7 Centers Of Consciousness

via Body Mind Soul Spirit

A primary focus of Amrit Yoga is to build heat by charging the battery of the body, which is based in the lower three centers. As this energy is aroused and consciously directed from the lower chakras to the upper ones, our biological prana awakens to its evolutionary potential.

Awakened prana, called Kundalini, carries out healing and cleansing at an accelerated level – resulting in the purification of the nerve channels in the body as well as cleansing kriyas – all of which prepare the body for accelerated spiritual development. New Moon, New Year – Rewriting the Future in 2017 (Astrology Update)

By Simon Vorster & Jennifer Langstone, Wake Up World

The last lunar cycle, which began on November 30th’s New Moon in Sagittarius, created the energetic backdrop through which we recently experienced a powerful need for freedom, which in turn, has brought to the surface deep feelings of frustration and restriction. Although these feelings ultimately lead us back to desiring and creating essential change, we are walking the line between liberty and limitation — and creating transformation from this space is not an easy ride!

Thankfully, this month’s new lunar cycle, which commenced with Thursday’s New Moon in Capricorn, offers some support. We are being given the opportunity to revise how we respond to our fears, darkness and suffering — the things that both feed and are fed by our sense of frustration and limitation — learnings that enable us to rewrite our future and literally become the change. Couple Forced To Destroy 40-Year-Old Pond On Property Because Government Owns The Rainwater

By Alexa Erickson, Collective Evolution

Jon and Sabrina Carey live in Butte Falls, Oregon, on 10 acres of land. Though they only purchased the property two and a half years ago, the pond that resides there has been in place for 40 years. Now, the couple is being told by the government that they must destroy the two-acre pond.

“I basically bought a lemon,” said Jon in an interview with the Mail Tribune. “That’s how they explained it to me.” The Jackson County Watermaster’s office informed the couple that they don’t have any water rights to the pond.

They have tried pleading with the Medford Water Commission to adopt the pond and treat it as a municipal water source. The commission has rights to the watershed around the Careys’ property, where a large quanity of ponds are located, as well as Medford’s primary water source, but Jackson County Watermaster Larry Menteer has opposed the idea because of the example it would set.
