The Full Moon in Virgo – When Spirit Awakens

By Simon Vorster & Jennifer Langstone, Wake Up World

We are halfway through the lunar cycle that began with the Solar Eclipse and New Moon in Pisces on February 25, and we are now moving into the Full Moon phase in Virgo.

The story of the astrological cycles and phases is very clear at the moment; energetically, we are simultaneously closing off an entire evolutionary cycle of the last year and a half, and starting to feel and sense the new.

The energy reflected to us in the last year and a half has been deeply connected to our process of purification and-re adjustment; we have been going through an intense distilling process, cleansing ourselves of the limiting, the outdated and the illusory — and we are now going through its final stages.  Continue reading The Full Moon in Virgo – When Spirit Awakens

10 Ways To Embrace Change: Empower Yourself, Empower our World

By Mona Delfino, PreventDisease.com, Thanks to Conscious Life News

Recently many people have been asking me about how changes can work when they feel lost, or stuck. I say that you really are not lost, or stuck, even though it feels like that! Truthfully, you are in transition and as with any shift, even with diets, we hit a plateau. In the world of internal change, although we can feel that we are without direction, recognizing anything is called an “A-HA” moment.

When we recognize an internal sadness or discomfort, we can begin to see that it’s time for change. It’s important to feel what we are experiencing. That alone can change the old cellular patterns just by acknowledging that you’re ready to move forward, and sometimes that comes with the sensation of feeling alone, lost, stuck, unaccepted, disappointed with life, not understood, etc. If we are able to shift the perspectives as we feel these emotion, we will feel the internal support that will get us through these ominous times. 4 Techniques For Reducing Ego In Your Daily Life

By Alexa Erickson, Collective Evolution

The word “ego” has such a negative connotation. We refer to people with a detrimental amount of narcissism as having big egos. And often, we find our ego is the biggest force between what we think we can do, and what we can actually do.

The ego is an energetic form or structure within our individual experiences that separates us from our higher self. It is, in a sense, a false sense of self. The ego hides behind the “I” and “me” in such statements as:

I am ugly.

I am perfect.

I could never do that.

No one can ever do that as good as me.

No one loves me. Continue reading 4 Techniques For Reducing Ego In Your Daily Life

All Roads Lead to Home

By Steve Beckow, Golden Age of Gaia

A few days ago, I said that mine was the awareness path and so I probably would not be seeing a form of God or a transcendent Light.

Rather my awareness would deepen in a transformative way.

However, I remarked, all roads lead to Home.

I’d like to expand on that remark. Continue reading All Roads Lead to Home

Mercury in Compact Fluorescent Lights is Contaminating Homes and Environment

By Pedro Aquila, Waking Times

Compact fluorescent bulbs (CFL’s) are contaminating homes and the environment with mercury. They contain much higher amounts of mercury than other typical factors in the poisoning of people, often with many milligrams of mercury, whereas other factors in mercury poisoning are usually measured in micrograms. Thousands of times more than other typical mercury contaminants.

The damage done to people and the environment by mercury is well documented in papers found at sites like PubMed. According to a paper titled: Current approaches of the management of mercury poisoning: need of the hour”:  Continue reading Mercury in Compact Fluorescent Lights is Contaminating Homes and Environment

Mercury Dental Amalgams Are Linked to Chronic Illness, Fatigue, Depression and Anxiety

By Brandon Turbeville, Natural Blaze

It might seem surprising to some but in 2017 there is still debate in the medical community as to whether or not dental mercury amalgams are safe.

Despite voluminous amounts of evidence suggesting that mercury fillings are incredibly toxic, many dentists and medical doctors maintain that there is no major side effects from their usage. However, an article published in Neuroendocrinology Letters back in 2014 shows that the mercury filling hold outs are standing in stark opposition to the evidence.

The researchers for the article set out to review the evidence surrounding a possible link between mercury exposure from dental amalgams and certain chronic illnesses such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, anxiety, depression and suicide.
