Get ready to heal your throat chakra in an easy and effective way. In this 5th Video of my 7-Chakra series, I share some simple Transformational Power Questions (TPQs) that will boost and balance your throat chakra. In case you missed the other video articles of this series, they’re here:

Your 5th chakra is located in your throat area. Its color is blue and it’s element is sound. It’s related to your personal expression, your truth, and your deepest purpose.
When you are strong in your throat chakra, you are able to express your truth at all times, but in a loving and aware way, because you have filtered your communications through your heart chakra first.
TPQs work better than affirmations, because they positively engage your powerful, subconscious mind. Done regularly, they invite your subconscious to find answers, which then motivates you to take action on making those answers true. It’s really quite amazing how they work. Try them for just a week and see.
Here are the TPQs you want to use for balancing the throat chakra:
- Why am I so expressive? Why am I becoming a better communicator every day?
- Why am I so true to myself? Why am I becoming more authentic all the time?
- Why am I living so fully from my deepest purpose (more and more)?
If you have specific 5th chakra activities you want to get better at, you can just ask questions that apply to them directly like:
- Why am I such a great speaker?
- Why am I a better singer every day?
