The following is an introductory article to the concept of a revolution that’s fueled by spirituality and a recognition of the need to take back our rights, and it’s intended to motivate those of you who are still on the fence about contributing.
A new kind of revolution is being birthed by the awake and aware masses who know that it’s time for change, and it doesn’t just have to do with society. It doesn’t just have to do with protests, rallies and other things that are meant to raise awareness, but they are a big part of it.
The revolution that’s being ignited is social and spiritual. It doesn’t lean too heavily in favor of either aspects (social or spiritual), and instead, it integrates both of them to create something that can include every socially and spiritually aware person who’s ready to make a change.
All around the world, people are standing up for their rights in the face of oppressive governments and ‘leaders’ that don’t care about them or their wellbeing. People have long realized that our governments don’t have our best interests in mind, and they’re rising up to bring the world’s attention to this fact and to the most important issues our society faces.
Some of these issues have to do with the fact that our governments aren’t ‘for the people’ as they want us to believe, and instead of working toward the betterment of mankind, they work for the multinational corporations that are destroying our society and the environment.
It’s become clear that the people in power are only out to help themselves, and the public is starting to take a stand against oppressive corporate and governmental interests that try to keep us in the dark about their true motives.
Every day, more people are waking up to the injustices that are taking place, and as they do, they ask themselves how they can contribute to the social revolution that’s been going on since at least the 60s (and maybe longer).
The movements that were happening in the 60s may seem to have fizzled, but they actually moved behind the scenes and started to grow. They’ll continue to grow until everyone’s aware and willing to take a stand, and in this writer’s opinion, the revolution that’s occurring is just as much spiritual as it is social.
Sure, some social revolutionaries probably don’t believe in spirituality or any spiritual concepts like enlightenment, but a growing number of people do empower these concepts. In fact, for some people, spirituality is what motivates them to rise up, use their voice and make a change.
Genuine, liberated spirituality – as opposed to the conformist spirituality we get from religion, which is nowhere near what true spirituality can be – is leading people to realize that they don’t have to live in a world where the rich tower over the poor.
We’re realizing that beyond what we see at the surface, we’re all one consciousness that’s here to rediscover its unity with itself and its ‘status’ as its own creator. The self-empowerment that’s resulted is leading spiritual individuals to first find themselves before branching out to find other people who are aware and willing to stir things up.
You can contribute to this massive social & spiritual revolution, and all it takes is figuring out how you want to contribute and working from there with as much passion, invigoration and dedication as you can muster up.
People are waking up and taking a stand everywhere, and it’s because they’ve been motivated – by their spirituality and their understanding of the oneness of all life, in some cases – to do what they can to awaken the rest of the world and create lasting social change.
The time of the one percent ruling over the rest of society has passed, because we’re waking up and taking back our power.
We’re learning that love is the greatest creative/spiritual force in existence, and we’re using our love and the passion that comes with it to take back our rights – as conscious citizens and as spiritual beings inhabiting a physical plane.
You’re invited to be a part of all of this, but with this invitation comes the responsibility to work hard in the name of your personal spiritual evolution and the evolution of society.
All we really need is the willingness to use our voice to expose and bring an end to everything about our society that’s clearly misaligned, and things will fall into place if we’re willing to stay passionately dedicated.
Should you decide to participate, you’ll find thousands of other conscious people who are dedicated to the cause and will work hand-in-hand with you to raise awareness, change the world and facilitate a collective evolution of consciousness.
Thanks for visiting, and remember to stay aware.
