The wind moves through the mountains like a tsunami .  Side to side , back and forth like the ocean waves , and then silence.  The pure air unfolds arounds me, touches me, chills me, brings me life with each breath I take in.  The sounds of nature surround me , soothe me as I close my eyes to the blinding sun.

A few short breaths and I thank the creator for allowing me to witness the reality of who I am within all that is.  I sit on top of this mountain alone and understand my connection with all that exists.  Thank you God,  from me. You know who I am
