Don’t Give up – We’re on a Mission

We have a purpose for being on this planet, and we can’t give up on ourselves or our work when times are tough. The best time to keep going is when we don’t feel like we can, and if we can be strong and persevere in even the most difficult or challenging circumstances, our accomplishments might surprise us.

We’ll quickly understand the value of patience and perseverance, because they’ll allow us to achieve things we never thought we could. They’ll enhance our creativity and our ability to stay strong in times of difficulty, and they’ll help us remember that we’ve never been alone on this journey. We have all of the guidance and support we could ever hope for, but we have to look for it within before it can help us.

There are plenty of external sources that can motivate us to keep on when we struggle, but the greatest motivator lives within and to connect with it, all we really have to do is be open to it. Once we are, it can flood our awareness and fill us with the inspiration to work hard and use our preferred creative outlet to awaken and inspire the masses. This is our mission, and it gets easier when we’re open to our intuitive guidance and we let it help us when our frustration takes over.

The trick is not to treat our frustration like a momentous, infallible obstacle. It’s only temporary, but we give it a longer life when we continuously feed it. It only keeps us from staying true to our mission if we let it, and when we open the mind, connect with our higher consciousness and allow our inspiration and insight to flow through, we understand that not only will frustration not keep us from making progress; it can actually help us make more progress.

When we successfully tackle a challenge, we emerge stronger than we were before and our ability to positively impact others increases. We feel more confident about ourselves, our abilities and our mission, and our hesitation basically vanishes.

We know we’ll still experience challenges, but the difference is that we’ll be excited for them.

The writers among us will actually be excited about the challenges presented by writer’s block, because they know that they’ll be stronger and more capable when they get through it all. They won’t try to avoid challenges by cowering in their comfort zone, because they’ll be excited to take the big leap the challenges force them to take. They’ll want to develop their craft as much as they can so they can use it to help the world, and they’ll know that they can reach a lot of people if they get really good at what they’re doing.

The mission isn’t as much about being ‘good’ at our craft as it is using it to inform, awaken and uplift others, but we’ll want to hone our craft so we can reach more people than if we stayed at a certain skill level. This requires us to embrace challenge, creative or otherwise, and it only takes a shift of perspective to understand how challenge helps us get better and awaken/uplift more people.

If the frustrations pile on and we can’t find a break from it all, there’s nothing wrong with giving ourselves some time to be before we get back out there and try again. The hardest part is when we feel unmotivated to keep going once we stop, and along with plenty of other things, this gets easier when we have the intuitive assistance of our higher consciousness.

In my eyes, everything the conscious community is doing is for the purpose of helping others rediscover and reconnect with their higher consciousness so they can live a conscious lifestyle. We’re here to help everyone connect with this higher part of themselves that they’ve forgotten, and the best way to do this is to maintain our own higher connection and spread knowledge with the creative inspiration that results

We’re here to liberate the world, and we can’t give up on our mission just yet. If anything, now’s the time to work harder, but we have to remember to take time to recharge our batteries. That way, we can reemerge with more energy, inspiration and willingness to shed light on everything – social and spiritual – that’s worthy of discussion.

Once we’re open to the insights we receive from deep within, shedding light on these important issues will not only be easy, but fun. We’ll enjoy everything we do to help the world evolve, and the people who are led to our work will appreciate and support our efforts. The key is to keep trying in times of trouble, and the more hard times we face, the easier succeeding at them will be.

Let’s remember how important our mission is the next time we want to give up, because the time has come to step up our game. In a world where hardly anyone seems aware or willing to make any kind of positive change, our inspired work could very well be the force that enables us to change the world. This can only happen when we dedicate ourselves to this work and keep the end goal (collective evolution) in mind, and if we’re willing and dedicated enough, nothing will stop us.
